As HR Director at the
Aspen Institute, established the first professional HR operation for 50+
year old organization, reporting to Executive Vice President, Administration
and Finance. Planned, directed, and coordinated human resource management
activities for all U.S. offices of the Aspen Institute including policies,
compensation and benefit programs, performance management objectives,
and strategic initiatives:

recruitment and management of teachers and administrative staff, and liaison
to public and media.
